Want to grill but Porterhouse is a bit pricey?

Want to grill a tender cut of meat but beef is really high? Consider a Pork tenderloin. It's about the equivalent of a good cut of beef at less than half the price. Last week tenderloin was on sale at $2 a pound. Unreal. This week it was at $3.99. However beef hamburger was at $4.50 a pound.

Cut into chunks and make a shish kabob. Real tender. And... probably healthy relative as to fat comparison to beef steak. The kabob's in the photo, from last week, are a little over cooked. They don't take long over a charcoal fire.
