There are a couple different versions but they both seem to contain the same parts.
Spare springs and things.
The contents of that separate pouch.
In that buttoned side pouch we have a spare bolt (not numbered) and bolt handle. See the extra rear locking lug on the bolt body
Stored in this rail (it's double sided) are 12 sight blades. These have different heights.

Those are a Must Arch, but so far the only one I have found local is $900.00, which is just a little to steep for me. I will wait and find one across the pond.

Just a couple things to keep in mind:
Swiss spare parts kits or armorer kits can sometimes look alike. That ZfKar plate tells us what it's for. I can't find a pic but I remember seeing a roll for a General purpose MG (I think) that looked similar from the outside.
I don't remember ever seeing a front sight adjuster for the ZfK55.
