The ole Digital gave up the farm after my last Finn trip. It's in the shop being repaired but I'll get those 91/30 pictures to you. The mauser style bayonet mount is really odd.

One person guessed it was a german type bayonet lug.

as some rifles m/91 were modified with G88 front band during WW1 it could be possible here too, though not very likely, as this is a WW2 rifle. I asked for large photos of the front band to look for details, but it seems that up to now RGR WJB had no time to make them.
