cz-82 Range report

Post by Grubber » Sat Jun 02, 2007 3:49 am

Got my new pistol out for a short range session

A couple clips to warm up and get used to the new girl.

results Were excellent.

6 shot slow fire at 15 yds left one ragged hole in the target slightly low and to the left but still in the x ring under 1 in moa

12 shot rapid fire blew the x ring out of the target.

recoil was very manageable (no suprise for me as some of you know the

handheld artillery I usually shoot. But it should be no problem for anyone)

Double taps on a target were no problem

Pistol is very comfortable in my hand and the trigger is great

smooth in double action. just a little bit of creep in single action but you

almost don't know it's there. Best trigger of all my military pistols

I have got to do a chrono check on a couple diffrent types of ammo to see if this poly rifling really gives a bit of a velocity boost. I think someone did a chrono on a couple diffrent types of ammo through a mak.

should be intresting to compare the two.

GG
Just keep shooting we'll worry about it when the smoke clears.

9mm Makarov is a accurate round, non moving barrels in the pistols designed for it, help to get it on paper.

I love to shoot the Stjechkin pistol of my dad, with or without shoulder stock a joy to shoot!!!!!
