AREA PROTECTION
They stop anything but buses and authorized vehicles from entering a pedestrian area in Manchester City Centre. We have them here in Bordeaux as well. These people were trying to buck the system so I have NO sympathy for them. At the start of the video you can see a big sign that tells them they can't go through.
