our local paper ran an add selling flights in a T-6 Texan a WW II aircraft. prices start at $265. available in 15 US cities.

But I found this site where a WWII navigator tells his story at length. He started out in pilot training and eventually is washed out and goes to navigation school. It's fasinating. l haven't read all of it yet. The journal is quite long.
