I remember mine with great affection, doubt I will ever find another one here.

Nice Adam!!! I have one only the woodwork has quite a few dings. The wood was also varnished and quite a bit of this has worn off. I have toyed with the idea of sending it off for a refinish including rebluing, but dont want to spoil the originality. They are a damn fine shotgun and i still take mine out now and again. Mine was originally my grandfathers gun, he used it for vermin control on the farm, my father used it for the same purpose, then he gave it to me. Just wonder how many foxes it has killed over the years. When I was about eight my father bought a 410 tube for the barrel, and over the next few years I shot a lot of rabbits with it. I still have the 410 tube, my dad says he paid £10 for it new. It was made by Webley & Scott. I really do have a soft spot for that old gun!!! Thanks for posting the pictures!!!

I used to buy them at the auctions for about £20 a piece and sell them the same evening in the gun club for £50 each. They make great slug guns!

I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy!

I have another one up in Scotland with changeable chokes, must be a custom jobbie methinks. If anyone has further info on a multichoke Greener GP then I'd like to see it.
I just bought it as a curiosity and I've never shot it.

I wish that I still had mine, traded it off in a weak moment.
Have seen one that was lightly rifled, used shortened shells and an over size slug that had a piece of wooden dowel inside the cavity that mated it to the case.
The owner rated it a great gun on pigs.

Adam, got these pictures off the net, can't remember where. It seems that Greener did make a multi choke version themselves including making their own chokes. The pictures are supposed to be of an original shotgun and the greener chokes.
