I have to agree 100% with Douglas on this one. There are too many nasty little bastards out there cheating others to get rich and the more that is done to stop them the better. :evil:

The trigger and trigger guard are new as is the lever, some of the internal parts and scope mount.

The gunsmith works with a guy who manufactures entire actions from scratch. The rifle was finished and UPS smashed the stock in shipping. The wood is not quite as nice as it was 6 months ago. This gun missed the 2009 hunting season.

I have been hunting with a bolt action Enfield 45/70. The 50/70 should do even a better job on deer and elk.
