Hi from a fellow newbie!

They seem to be a great bunch on this forum, I'm sure you'll enjoy youself here. Was v impressed with your .303 enfield collection! I got a few myself..Mk3 smle, No4, No4T, Metford MK2, also a nice No7 trainer and an L39 in 7.62. I fitted a 'Fultons no gunsmithing mount' to this one and it easily holds its own at 1000 against my mate's modern 'sniper' stuff!

Though my collection is british service arms from the brown bess onward, I still hang onto my canadian Ross in .303, which (amazingly to me) can also get into the target at 1000 as often as not with its original iron sights.

Will be reloading for my newer .303's having got hold of a set of dies for the Metford (my xmas present to myself), so may pick your brains on that in due course as I've only loaded BP for my Martini Henry and Snider up till now.

Cheers,

Dave :GBR:
