Baby Bird Brains

A Marine Biologist at the local Aquarium/Zoo had discovered a formula that would indefinitely extend the lives of the resident dolphins. The main ingredient in the formula was baby bird brains.
One day he realized he was running low on the brains so he sent Igor, his trusty lab assistant, out for a fresh supply. He instructed Igor to go down to a nearby seagull rookery and bring back a batch of baby birds. He also had Igor take a tranquilizer gun in case he ran across the cougar that had been seen in the area of where the trail was quite narrow.
A couple of hours later he got a call from Igor saying that he had been arrested and needed to be bailed out of jail. It seems he was charged with……..

wait for it…….
