I have just taken delivery of the no 5 enfield . it appears to be a fazekerley no5 mk1 with what appears to be a date [4/46] stamped on the reciever will post pics when i get a chance

I have one dark stocked one and one light
Kind of hard to see in this picture, but best I have at the moment. I can see the grain is different in the two stocks, not considering the stain. Couldn't say what kind of wood the dark one is. Walnut could be what it is.
