I've been shopping today

Post by PeterN2 » Sun Mar 12, 2006 11:12 am

I have bought a Birmingham made Parker Hale 1858 Enfield .577 two band muzzle loader. The chap I bought it from has had it from new and used it only a little. I have some bullets cast already. I just need to get some lube made up and some caps. It will be next month before I get to the range with it. It is my first muzzle loading rifle. It will be interesting to see how it shoots.

Regards

Peter.

OK where the pictures Peter.

They are nice rifles tose PH's, you'll need to read Bill Curtis's articles on Managing the Enfield on David Minshalls Research Press site.

See the BP forum, they were also published in the MLAGB magazine a while ago.
