Parker Hale 5E rear sight ?

Just got one of these and it appears to use an adapter plate to mount to the rifle. Can anyone tell me source of the adapters Thanks Elmer

Parker Hale 5E

I dont have a picture but the rear of the sight has 2 screws side by side at the bottom of the base.

I have one of these sights on a Parker Hale mauser Target but would like to mount this to a NO 4 range rifle. Thanks David

I dont know if these pics are any help Elmer, this PH5e sight and PH5e4 mount are fitted to my No4 Mk1/2 actioned T4.
