So I'm going to guess that biscuits and gravy is not as popular on your side of the pond....
You may not like the looks of the white gravy with sausage, but if you ever tasted it,
I'm sure you would like it. Just ask Robert, he lives in the South, home of biscuits and gravy....
One of my favorite things for breakfast is a split biscuit with a sausage patty on each half, scrambled
or poached eggs on top of that and covered with the white sausage gravy. Many restaurants have it
on their menu and some call it "Country Benedict". I'm getting hungry just writing this...........
