Well, it looks like once again I had overestimated my abilities.

The only one I got correct was No. 7. And no idea how I knew that one, have never even held a Arisaka rifle.

Maybe the contest was just too hard. Maybe that's why nobody made an attempt at it.

I got 4 1/2 Right

No.s 3; 6; 7; 8; 10

(I gave myself 1/2 point for No.10, as I had the ramp sight as that of the G98, rather than the K98, but I believe that they were similar).

Tom, you could have had a whole point for picture ten. A Lange Vizier sight... however you spell it is the same as you note. Maybe I gave up on that contest too soon?
