Sadly enough we didn't have time to visit the museum in Ste Mere Eglise.
We started in St Aubin sur Mer and had decided to drive straight to Ste Mere Eglise and from there to UTAH and OMAHA beach and the cemetery in Colleville.
I already visited GOLD,JUNO and SWORD beach.
This completed two of my goals in this vacation.
Visiting all D-day landing beaches and visiting the Colleville cemetery.
I'm sure I will visit the Airborn Museum next time.
It's only 750km.

BTW, I did visit this club in St Aubin sur Mer just before we went back to the Netherlands.

martin , did you get to shoot at that club ? your trip photos are most appreciated by those of us who may never get to visit your side of the pond [much as i may wish it ] but also i always enjoy the shooting club photos ,

it actually got me all prepared to see you shooting one of your friends fine rifles with hopes of a nifty story

I didn’t get permission to shoot, because I left my license at home.
I just checked out the place.
Didn’t take many pictures, it was a bit too dark.
They had 3 ranges: 10, 25 and 50 meters.
Here are 2 pictures of the 50 meter range.
