Does anyone here have a pic of an assembled garden gun.

A google search turned up Garden & Gun magazine and guns & roses.

Are we talking about a single shot bolt action rifle in 9x19?

The 9mm garden gun takes a rimfire shot cartridge. I think the silver one in the picture is the commonly available one. The other three to the left are vintage examples. The little one on the right is something else.

In France Garden guns are those in 9mm,12mm,14mm & 410.

I am almost done now have done some bluing on barrel but have done it so it does not look like new , I may have to give it another couple coats but will leave it for a week or so to see how it turns out , I will only be giving woodwork an oiling once a month now for next six months or so as well . Will post pics when I have put it all together again .

I also picked up a couple of old side byside hammer guns they are in a poor state but may well be my next restorage project will need to have a good look at them first .

Looking for information on what I believe is a Spanish Garden shotgun marked "Atlas Sanderson Imports", Portage Wisconsin. Believe it was made around 1950 in Eibar Spain based on the proof marks. On the underside of the barrels, the gun is marked "9m/m 45" in an oval. Is there such a thing as a 9mm x 54 garden gun cartridge? Any help appreciated regarding the shotgun, or the cartridge.

I am guessing but that may be the chamber length - 45mm / 1.77".

Thank you for the reply. Are any of the cartridges shown in the photos in your post that length? I noticed that I made a typing error in my post. The stamping on the barrel is ( 9m/m 45), the numbers are in an oval. jorgen
