thanks for those pictures, a study in perfection as how to shoot 200yrd, prone, service rifle.

I particularly liked the sensitive view of my arse, thanks mate.

The final picture was actually me looking to see if I'd been inadvertanly shooting blanks at the target. :?

...and that is called rain! I still remember the 2004 Trafalgar, where I shot my 900 yds at Stickledown in a downpour, wind really blowing - had to put all of 13 mins of windage to be on target! This with BP, of course... But Bisley is a class all of its own, true.

Mind you, I'd rather lug around the #2 Musket than this one - this is a really heavy rifle indeed, presumably for someone who could afford a gunbearer...
