Playing with photography

I started this forum for any collecting hobby and it turned into my camera collecting and using forum. I use it mostly to keep a record of my photo adventures. Nobody but me seems to have photo adventures that visit here....but however. I have so many cameras now that I forget which is which and which ones work and which ones don't. If you have cameras and adventures you would be welcome to post here.

It shows that you can occasionally break the rules and still be successful. The rail provides an artificial horizon line which should never be centered BUT the expanse of water pulls it off and makes you wonder what it is she is seeing. Good job.

Thanks Karl. I didn't know you were into this creative photo stuff. Feel free to add some of your photos. We'd like to see any you want to share.

Good photos. Well....maybe the last one is a bit artsy fartsy for a shot with a long shutter speed that I'll grant you may have been on purpose.

It was for a monthly competition - which it won.
Theme for that month was,
Sweeping Statements
Swing that camera and create a blur, or chase a butterfly across the green. Here the only thing that counts is that the camera was moving at the moment of impact. The subject might be still as a rock or a hurdler jumping a fence, but it’s the rush, the streak, the drag that matters. Make it visual, arty or factual.

There is a theme a month and the best overall score wins, voted for by the other forum members. I won the 2011 Theme section.
