Gillard Rated As 4th Best Prime Minister Ever.

A study group recently released its findings as to the best of the 27 Prime Ministers of Australia.
Gillard has been rated as the 4th best Prime Minister ever:
Menzies and 5 others tied for first; 11 Prime Ministers tied for second; 10 tied for third; and Gillard came in fourth.

I stole that and posted it on an Australian political discussion forum and had it pointed out to me that she actually came last, and further that maths was not my strong point.

That also makes her not the 4th BEST but the WORST ever or am I just over emphasing the point .

It gets kinda complicated; our Prime Minister is elected to Parliament but then is elected to the position by the other elected members of the winning party, but as the future PM is already leader of the party then it's more or less automatic.
However Julia, formerly the Deputy PM, didn't get to be PM that way but by a coup against the then PM, Kevin Rudd.
