When it rains it pours............ ;D

Snagged my 2nd Polish M44 and this one looks to almost be as nice (and cheap) as my 53 .

Well my 52 Pole arrived today and while not quite as clean as my 53, it's stock more than makes up for it. This is with out a doubt the prettiest stock I have ever seen on a mil-surp rifle, the wood grain gives the illusion of movement, but I will let all of you decided on your own. As for the rest of the rifle I believe this rifle it is all stamped matching but the but plate doesn't have the prefix letters. Additionally the stock has a small repair by the trigger housing and the barrel bands are mostly in the white with a small amount of brownish red bluing on them. This and the minor wearing of the blueing leads me to believe this has had a replacement stcok installed by the Pole's at some point.

MT, I used to have a 55 M44, they are a lot of rifle for not a lot of money. Sold this a couple of years back.
