Photo attachment feature down last night

There was an update to the site structure last night and the photo file attachment storage link was turned off and not turned back on by error. It's working again now. If anybody tried to upload an attachment he would have seen some kind of error message that would make the poster think there was something wrong with his image form or size. It wasn't.
