What I saw in Wausau Wisconsin

I was visiting fam up North and went to a Gander Mountain sporting goods store.
I saw an SMLE looking back at me.
I saw an Arisaka, sucka.
I saw two Mausers... um.. maybe they had trousers.
I saw two Mosin Nagants... err... Yay pants!
I saw a sportized Krag Jorgensen.... Oh forget it!
The store also had four Swiss K31. One, probably from 1943 had a nice spliced stock. But the rifle had most of the bluing gone. The stock was fine. I even went back 4 days later to take another look at it. "It can't be that bad" I thought. Oh, it was.
No rifles for me.
