Truth in advertising?

A full page ad in today’s paper:

RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME?
SCIATICA BACK PAIN?
DIABETIC FOOT PAIN?
RINGING IN THE EARS?
SHINGLES PAIN OR ITCHING?
FIBROMYALGIA PAIN & FATIGUE?

I felt that the small print at the bottom should have said:
“Give us a call and we will send someone out to put you out of your misery.”

So what were they selling that would cure all of that? And did it require bullets?

Probably in the Dulin Times and said at the bottom
"Send 5€ in postage stamps for a free sample of each"

Actually it said "Send $19.95 each plus $9.95 postage. Buy two get one free."
(And it wasn't one pill fits all. There are separate pills for each symptom...)
