12g - 20g Chamber Adapter

Been trying to find a pair of 12g - 20g chamber adapters for a friend of mine who has discovered he has about 500 rounds of 20g ammo.
No one in France or the UK seems to be able to supply them and the US suppliers wont ship overseas............
Anyone got any ideas, either for buying or making ( they don't need proofing apparently )......................
