This could have come out of a bad Sci Fi movie

But, as modern art as it looks... it probably actually would shoot. The WWI Hotchkis Model 1914.

I GIVE UP!!!!!!

The picture was a "Star Wars" stormtrooper with a Lewis Gun

(easier to describe it than waste more bloody time trying to put it up to be seen)

If your picture won't post check to see how large it is, huge pictures are not going to post and , what form it is saved as... no bitmaps, and if a link rather than an attachment, what kind of ending it has.... no wierd endings. Ending in jpg for instance is good.

If you, or anybody else, would keep pictures to about 640 pixels and in a jpg, there would be no trouble linking. You can post larger than that linking, but beyond that size the screen expands and the text gets screwed up.

Is this similar to the pic you were trying to post?

Dat's da bunny !

Very similar indeed - a mate sent a copy to me, I assume that with the white curtains etc it's some sort of costume department test picture (presumably yours is the same).

I still can't understand why he's carrying a Lewis gun but seems to have ammunition pouches for stick magazines* - ah well, Hollywood ammunition.

Thanks for the pic, Verne.

Regards

Tom

* That said, I do remember one particularly aweful film where the "Lewis Gun" was quite obviously an M16 with a dummy magazine built in/around the handle and a dummy cooling jacket added - pity they made no attempt to disguise the rest of the weapon
