Question for cheese experts....

I just finished off a chunk of gorgonzola that has been in the fridge for quite a while when this question popped into my mind:

How can one tell if Roquefort or Gorgonzola has gone bad????

It's very simple, they go bad at the factory, if you see them, throw them away before opening.

As you may have guessed, I don't like either one......... :cool:
