People legally using medical marijuana have a gun problem

The problem is that the chief of police is requiring all medical marijuana users to turn in any guns they own. Marijuana is still one step in and two steps out of the legal substance picture no matter if you are being otherwise prescribed it as a medical treatment.

And the key words in the state law are "under federal law".... Hawaii is one of the most gun restrictive states and
they just started selling medical marijuana a couple of months ago. Soooo, since medical marijuana is still
illegal according to federal law, it seems that Hawaii has decided to pick and choose which federal laws
they will enforce. Since they choose to not enforce federal marijuana laws, it seems to those idiots that the only
thing to do is violate the 2nd amend. by saying "You are breaking a federal law that we choose to ignore and
therefore we can take your guns because we passed a state law stating you can't have a gun if you break a
federal law that we, as a state, have chosen to ignore. "... WTF is wrong with these people.....
