need help on identifying a piece i picked up at an estate sell. double action revolver marked The New York Arms Company across top strap with Columbian underneath. Pat. Date Jan.20.91- No serial #. 6" barrel with what appears to be a black nickel finish. frame looks to have had the same finish at one time. hard rubber small grips. could possibly be a .32 S&W. any info or help, would be grateful.

NEW YORK ARMS CO. Tradename used by Garnet Carter Company of Chattanooga, Tennessee on shotguns made by Crescent Fire Arms Company.

or

New York Pistol Company Revolver makers in New York City, c. 1870.

or

COLUMBIAN Tradename of revolvers made by Foehl & Weeks, c. 1890.

or

Columbia Armory Revolver maker in Columia, Tennessee, c. 1890. Revolver distributed by Malt by, Henly.

That's as close as I can get.
