Milsurp After Hours

A beer I haven't had in a while. It was on sale at the grocery. Modelo beer from Mexico. A delicate flavor as all Mexican beers. It comes in an odd shape bottle. Wide bottom bottle in a decidedly not long neck beer. A lot like Corona and other Mexican beers in taste. The oddest thing is the tinfoil covering over the mouth and cap. When you use a conventional beer cap opener you have to damp down the tinfoil if you don't want it on the mouth of the bottle touching your lips. However, the base fits nicely in a holder like you would use for a canned beer. Nice smooth hot weather beer.

One of my two favorite Mexican beers, the other being Dos Equis amber.
Started drinking them when I lived in AZ, many places had them on tap, but not
so much when you live 18 miles from Canada.....
