Milsurp After Hours

Some bands never had a hit that somebody else had not already made a hit out of before them. Local bands were like that. One from the sixties that was successful in my neck of the woods was the 17th Avenue Exits. They played a lot of "open dances" where college age kids had bring your own booze table dances and fraternity parties. They had two hits. They were quite popular within about a fifty mile radius.
