A Regiment Newspaper from a hundred years ago

The 31st Regiment of the US Infantry had a newspaper a hundred years ago. They were stationed in the Philippines at the time and had never served on American soil. During WWI they were in Siberia protecting military supplies in a country in revolution. Protecting from the red Army. Protecting from the Japanese. Protecting a railroad. Made no sense but..... America does things like that.
I have one more that is more interesting as to what the 31st was doing to prepare for the next war.....based on the last of course. However, I thought I'd try posting this one first to see if there is any interest. It was the issue for a hundred years ago this month as you can see.
If you left click on each page you should be able to read it.
