Milsurp After Hours

I'd like to have one on mine..... but have no idea what I would want or where I would go to look for it. But I'll work on it though.

I want a FN-FAL with wood furniture.

Then, of course, I'll want a set of .308 dies and some brass since I've never owned a rifle in this calibre.

Do you have any of these now? I have a few long rifles but only two of the carbines. One is a DWM and the other an Argie made.

Do you reload the 7.65 X 53 cartridge? Tried the PRVI Partisan brass? Swaged cases from other calibres? I'm hoping to swap Argie stories.

I had an urge to get another BP kit gun. I ordered a Lyman Great Plains Rifle in a kit so I can put it together myself.

Santa is coming thru! Schmidt-Rubins direct from Switzerland in spring group buy (LAST spring) on another board arrived at the importer last Wednesday and should start shipping today or tomorrow. ATF held up approval forever.

My 96/11 is somewhere in this group.

Sort of C&R, certainly used. Going on a weapon design of the 1960's.
