Milsurp After Hours

Heres my latest purchase, bought on a whim so i have`nt done much research on it yet. If anyone has any info on it i would like to hear from you. What i know so far is... 14,000 built between 1934 and 1942, this one at Mauser Werke AG Oberndorf R.N., s.n. 120592.

I also picked up a Hensoldt scope for this rifle, and i would like genuine set of Mauser or Acah scope mounts with windage adjustment to mount it. Can anyone post a pic of these mounts so i know what to look for?

Nice rifle Joe I originally found it tucked away at the back of a gun shop in Northalerton North Yorkshire.

It was in good nick but the rear sight was missing.

I aquired it then passed it on to the gun runners.

It shoots one hole groups.

I didnt think I would be able to get a replacement rear sight for it thats why I let it go.

It didnt really look right with a modern piece of plastic scope on it.

Its gone to a good home anyway.
