Generation Gap

Well built attractive woman in doctor's surgegy with a young baby.
Doc. "What seems to be the trouble?"
Woman. "He won't take the breast, Doctor."
Doctor examines the baby. "Well he seems to be OK"
"Let's examine you" Doctor feels her breasts then opens her blouse, feels some more, lifts her bra and has a good feel around.
"The trouble is you've got no milk"
"Oh! I'm the child's aunt but thanks for the examination !!".
