Milsurp After Hours

I picked up a couple of 91/30's this week. Mosin #1 from Ishevek has a smooth bolt, an ok trigger and Mosin #2 from Tula has a rough bolt and a trigger that was made for a Russian weight lifter. My question is, can I smooth the bolt opening on #2 and the triggers on both? Do I need to send them to Finland and ask if they could smooth them like my M39?

I would suggest you contact Layne at Tenn Gun Parts and see if he has a trigger and sear off a Finn rifle. Here is the link to his site.
