Entrenching Tool

British Army WW11 entrenching tool in mint unused condition.
Packed for carry...

And the shaft has a fitting to take the No.4 bayonet..

Wasn't the bayonet attachment for probing for mines?

excellent shape and I believe it was for probing for mines and did you just aquire that joe are just holding out on us

I would rather do toast than probe for mines with it
