Another Dealer Has Taken The Hint!

Empire Arms has taken a page from Allan Schisel's book and is now listing each K31 individually, complete with description, photos, grading, condition, both manufacture and stock dates and whether or not it has a tag.

Noticed 258898 is not C&R because , I guess, dated 1957. I wonder if this isn't being a little too careful of the C&R 50 year general rule? Kind of reminds me of the 2A and 2A1 thing that used to be a controversy before the rules changed to include them as equally C&R.
Noticed also the snow stain on the butt of several...maybe most or all of them. No notice given of this condition in the adverisement.....but maybe the water mark is better rather than not better.

The law is the law. I wouldn't take a chance on it. Its just not worth it. 56s won't be C&R until January 07. I put in an order for the '34. I'll know tomorrow if I get it or not.
Top of the page has a blurb about the common stock damage. Its caused both by snow, mud etc. and the dings by the winter boots they wear.
