Some time ago I won a Hungarian Mosin Nagant trainer on a German auction site called E-gun.
It was my first win on an auction site.
The rifle doesn't look like a Mosin Nagant at all.
Only the shape of the bolt handle looks like the one from a Mosin nagant.
It's not a very rare Mosin Nagant, but you don't see these very often over here and I'm very happy with this one.
Met vriendelijke groet,
Martin

That would be a nice addition to my .22 trainer collection Martin. What sort of money do they go for and how does it shoot?
Joe
Hungarian?

Can You post close-up pictures of marks?

Sure Lavric, no problem.
The rifle was manufactured by the "Lampagyar" company in Budapest.
I'm not at home right now and not able to post a close up picture.
I'll do that tonight when I'm home OK ???

Martin

Martin, i have just acquired one of these trainers myself, first impressions are good. Mine is in very nice overall condition and shoots nice tight little groups when i can do my part.
This one i intend shooting in the HARC, Historic Minature Rifles winter leagues as i have just found out it is eligible.
I will take some snaps soon and post em up.

Sorry Joe.
Must have missed this post for some reason.
I'd love to see some pictures of your .22 trainer.
Too bad that I can't take mine to the range.
In stead of the Hungarian trainer, I can take my Polish .22 trainer to the range though.
Not the same, but better then nothing.
Met vriendelijke groet,
Martin
BTW,
Do you have some more info on this Historic Miniature Rifle winter league.
Never heard of it before.
