Venezuelan FN M24 Carbine

I have a question regarding the bolt type on this piece----

The bolt that came with it was clearly wrong, wrong, wrong----a Yugoslavian marked 98k type with nasty grinding marks where the serial number used to be.
So I put this one in it---

But is this "rolled" type bolt handle correct for this rifle, or should it be the 98k type after all?
The front end---

The crest---

What's all this then? The "Fuerzas Armadas" mark is supposed to be a Navy mark, but I had heard these carbines were carried by rural police---

Off the wall speculation encouraged.
