Help From The Bible

A man was complaining to his friend, "No matter what I do, I can't get ahead financially. You seem to be a genius at making money. What's your secret?"
The friend replied, "I just go home, get out my Bible, close my eyes, open randomly to a page, and with my eyes still closed I point to a spot on the page. Then, when I open my eyes, whatever my finger is pointing to, that's what I invest in. One time my finger pointed to gold, the next time oil, and so on. Works every time."
"I'll have to try that," the man said, "I'll try pointing to a page in the Bible and whatever my finger points to when I open my eyes, that's my future!"
He went home, closed his eyes, opened his Bible randomly to a page, and with his eyes still closed...pointed to the page. When he opened his eyes, his finger was pointing to...
