SIG M24 with strange rearsight

Got this one on a road trip last week:

My first though was, someone slapped a M27 sight on it, but than I compared it to my M27s, NO MATCH:

Anybody here has got a M24 like that?

There are more than this one, at least one more so far.

I have seen these sights not only on the guns listed but other models too. The Finns did some interesting things with sights.
