No.4 Mk2 ser# 330507 Fazakerly and M1917 .30-'06 ser#40764.
The No.4 has a very fine bore and shoots well.I may try cast in it someday. The 1917 has little useable rifling and needs a new bbl.

Nice kit Bolomk, congratulations.
Is that Springfield slings you've got on them.
BTW I've resized you photograph to the site dimensions.

Sorry 'bout the size,still learning.
The slings are ones I made. The 1917 used salvaged hardware from a M1907 the other is called a "Latigo" sling. It adjusts for length by just a pull and then friction locks it.

Hi Ken,
welcome to the forum and thanks for the pictures.
I do fancy a 45-70 Enfield, need to get a shot out PH conversion and have it rebarreled.

WELL THATS ONE SLOT FILLED THEN!

Well...maybe not club. I have two. I have a 1964 2A and a 1968 2A1. Both, like yours have the rack numbers on the stock. The 183 number is the 2A1.
Although purchased from different sources over a year apart I wonder if they were both ever in the same arms room.
