Took my 1917 Spandau G98 to the range today, (Ponteland in Northumberland) and had a absolutely ace day. We started at 300yds and with a stiff left to right wind i was soon on the target with some ex mil, Bulgarian? surplus. After lunch it was back to 600yds where the good work continued keeping most shots on the figure 11 target.

Unfortunately i took no photos but i am still buzzing from the day out.
