New toy

The boys and I went to the Marietta, GA gun show today to do some trading and dealing and came home with this

Springfield Armory XD-45. We also aquired 500 rounds of .45 ACP, 50 rounds of 9x18 HP, a Kukri, and a 5" fixed blade knife.

Great Curtis. This must be national gun show day or something. There was one here and I talked to a friend over in Pensacola and there was one there too.
I started to go...but had some other things I had to do instead.

good looking .45 let us know how she shoots and once you start them on the road to gun shows it's a never ending addiction

This is a serious handgun; the trigger and the general feel of it in my hand are great.
My next mission in life is to dump the SW9VE and get a 5" XD-9.
Those Croatians definitely know a thing or two about fine weapons.
