Grand old lady. If you've been on board, how well is the interior restored?

Looking at that BB got me to remembering. While on a long strike (8 months) at the paper mill I worked at in Washington state in the late '70s, myself and several other pipefitters went to work at a shipyard in Seattle that was building FFG's (Fast Frigate) for the Navy. I was working on the USS Duncan FFG 10, building copper piping systems inside the main, above deck, superstructure. The Navy was very picky about every dimension had to be perfect, the next guy could be building a system right next to yours. Next to my ship was the HMAS Adelaide F01 being built. The thing I remember about them was that our blueprints were actually blue (DUH) and the Adelaide prints were green so there was no chance of mixing them up.
The Duncan went on to an undistinguished career and was the first FFG scrapped, and sold to Turkey for parts in 1999.
As you can tell by my ramblings, it's a slow day at my house.
