Gee, I wonder if China is thinking along the same lines for Beijing ?

I can see why you went to France Duncan.

If the BOC really is so wound up about the Red Arrows, I'm sure the RAs could arrange a change in routine so that they produce a set of Olympic rings in smoke trails in the sky (It's just flying in circles - just expect a little more panache).

Tried to petition but could not because I don't have a UK address any longer. The sad truth is that it is just this sort of PC nonsense that means I probably never will have a UK address again — who would want to go back to that! It's simply too embarrassing to articulate.

P.S. While we're at it, let's ban the UK team from carrying the Union Jack in the opening ceremonies, in case someone gets offended by that on "imperialism" grounds, or some such thing.

You only have to look at that IDIOT Brown who thinks it is more important to talk to a committee than be in Lisbon with EVERY OTHER EU Head of Government to sign the EU agreement. The man should be taken out and shot. He is a moron.

I do not think we should be handing any more power to the EU but even so, he should have been there.
