Anyone have any GOOD Delicious recipes for weasel that they might want to share with Joe .... he came close to bagging one when I was there ... made him dance for his life.

Maybe when he goes back he will get him and will need a recipe to eat the little bugger.

After having frightened your weasel to death take one onion, one clove of garlic, pinch of salt...............OUCH! hey that hurt Joe!!!

How about.

Take one shovel.

Dig hole in earth two feet deep.

Put "harvested" weasel in hole and cover with soil.

Let season for a year.

Plant tomato bush in soil over weasel. When tomatoes are ripe, pick them and eat sliced with salt and pepper.
