Swedish M38

Purchased one of these today, in good strip with matching bolt and receiver, electro penciled serials on the cocking piece and the saftey.
Its a Husqvarna job with the bent bolt handle.
The safety also has a milled depression on the right side of the lever with red paint in it.
The serial number is interesting as it falls between the highest 1942 serial and the lowest 1943 serial in Dana's book, does anyone know if the highest and lowest serials are "observed" serials in "The Crown Jewels"?
Wood is good and there has been a repair to a chipped heel on the but witrh a small wood screw, if this was an arsenal or armourer job would it have been dowelled?
The bore looks mint, sharp shiny bore with clear lead definition going into the lands.
Not many M 38s in Britain, this one came from New Zealand.
Will be shooting it Saturday so range report and pictures then.
