Harrington & Richardson M12 circa 1981

Fitted with Ken Viani's scope base and a Simmons 22MAG 3-9X32 scope.

Would any of those have had full length forends when in service?

All three would have had iron sights (aperture rear and globe type front) and in the wood shown.
